Project overview

The six level of beam and column detection failed to meet the design standard. In order to restore some of the unqualified beams and columns to the original design strength, the company was commissioned by Party A to reinforce the construction technology of partially failed beams and columns with carbon fiber reinforced polymer(CFRP) sheet.

Requirements for construction content

The reinforcement area for Asan County Archives is six layer of frame column, beam reinforcement method. Single carbon fiber reinforcement.

As the reinforcement method of carbon fiber in column and slab pasted with the width of 200mm, length of column body and a long ruler, then 400mm interval of CFRP also, by analogy and across the floor until the column top knot at.

As the reinforcement method of beam with carbon fiber in the main frame beams and columns with pasted width 200mm, length of Liang Gaohe beam size as Dikuan additive.

Construction requirements

1), Yin angle: concrete floor, corner column and wall plastering all removed, concrete surface polishing, epoxy putty and structural adhesive with water vanishes put into arc, arc radius of not less than 20mm.

2), the sun angle requirements: gold steel grinding machine grinding into a circular arc, the radius of the arc is not less than 20mm.

3), concrete surface treatment requirements: to remove the defects of concrete surface such as porosity, soft, brittle and loose, and to achieve a solid surface, such as cracks in structure, timely report to owners and supervisors, and take timely measures.

4), carbon fiber sheet selection: 200g/ square meters of cloth.

5), structural adhesive selection: supporting structural adhesive.

6), construction environment requirements: on-site construction site temperature and humidity of the actual survey, to meet the requirements of construction, construction. According to the requirements of the project, the indoor temperature is higher than 5 degrees, the humidity is less than 85%, otherwise, the construction will be stopped.
