Project overview

The building is a high-rise building with frame shear wall structure and cast-in-place beam slab. According to the needs of the use function, the local floor of the 20~24 layer is to increase the height of the clearance. The bottom of the part of the structural beam needs to be removed from the original size based on the 13cm for transformation. In this way, the size of the original beam will be reduced and the stress bar at the bottom of the beam is also within the range of the grinding.


The calculation analysis shows that the failure of the longitudinal reinforced bar in the bottom of the beam and the damage to the stirrup will seriously affect the bending and shear capacity of the structural beams and the overall stiffness stability of the structure. Therefore, the structural beams should be reinforced to meet the structure's use and safety requirements.
